Level Switches

Level Switches
Certified Component

Level switch model 5716 is suitable for detecting high or low level of bulk solids, in storage applications. The level detection is done based on RF capacitance principle using micro processor based measuring circuit. The sensing probe unit is built with two elements of positive and negative electrode as a single rigid rod construction. The separation of the electrodes are done by using either PTFE or ceramic material depending on the temperature of the media. Both the circuits are housed in a IP65 compliant weatherproof aluminium enclosure.

Flow Switches

Flow Switches
Certified Component

Flow Switch is a mechanical switch that is switched on or off in response to the flow or non-flow of a fluid such as air or water. The switch typically operates through the use of a paddle which gets displaced due to the force of fluid moving past it. Flow switch is a special electric device with a very simple design and of a small size. Used to protect central heating systems, pump protection, safety spray nozzle monitoring, and refrigeration/cooling systems.

Pressure Switches

Pressure Switches
Certified Component

Electromechanical pressure switches / Pressostats from Trafag provide high vibration resistance and switch point precision in combination with an extremely robust and durable design. This results in switches that can be operated for decades without requiring maintenance, even under harsh conditions. Various designs with bellows, membrane and piston sensors cover a wide variety of pressure ranges, media and load profiles for many different applications like hydraulics, the railway and shipbuilding industry.

Differential Pressure Switch

Differential Pressure Switch
Certified Component

A differential pressure switch is an industrial switching device used to monitor the pressure difference between two process points. It activates electrical contacts when the differential pressure reaches a predefined set point, making it suitable for filter monitoring, pump protection, HVAC systems, compressors, clean rooms, and industrial process control applications.
